The 21ha farm was acquired by the Moolman family as the ideal way to introduce their kids to the outdoors. They subsequently moved there for a few years to enhance their quality of living. Since then the family has moved back to the city, the facilities was expanded and the old farmhouse refurbished as a self catering unit for weekend and family breaks.

Shortly after the property was game fenced and a few species of game introduced. Conference facilities with kitchen and cash bar, an open air lapa, and ablution facilities was added to the property along with four free standing cottages.

The property is ideally located a mere 40km north of Pretoria, approximately 45 minutes drive from the eastern and northern suburbs of Pretoria. The historical town of Cullinan is only 20km east of the farm and provides many attractions, restaurants and spas.

The venue is ideal for families and friends to rekindle friendships, share stories around a ‘bosveld’ fire and strenghten family bonds, but can also be used by businesses to hold small conferences, managerial meetings and year end functions.

In recent years we have hosted many functions, including small weddings, birthday parties, engagement celebrations, bachelor parties and kitchen teas, family reunions and romantic couples break-aways.
